A strategy by itself is not much use if you can’t implement it. Our objective is not to come up with any idea, but to get to the best practical solution. We understand there are hurdles, humps and humans involved. That’s why we stick to what we know.
You can narrow what we do down to 4 things:
- Helping companies to better understand how new vehicle technologies and fuels can reduce costs and reduce risks.
- Working with government to make sure transport policy reduces pollution, reduces climate change (carbon), and makes the most efficient use of energy (fuel).
- Working with fleet owners to reduce costs, improve efficiency, use data, understand alternatives, evaluate the business case, and plan and implement change.
Designing and coordinating trials so that all aspects of a new product, vehicle or fuel are properly understood, evaluated and explained.
